Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  On or about October 13, 2016, at 925 West Edenborne Pkwy, Gonzales, LA, the employer failed to ensure that the scaffold system was complete with a ladder for access and egress. Employees used the scaffold bracing as a means of access and egress.   WD Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920326, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 16200 Hwy 930, Prairieville, LA.
