29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about October 7, 2016, Bordner Installation Group Inc. did not ensure that employees of Sanhueza Exteriors LLC, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards, eye injury hazards, and caught-in hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
