29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: At the jobsite located at 12656 Barkley St., Leawood, Kansas: Employees engaged in stucco repair activities were exposed to respiratory hazards in that the competent person had not been identified, procedures to restrict access to work areas where high exposures may occur, and housekeeping practices, were not established in the written exposure control plan.
