29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees: without satisfying the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph. a) Martin Luther King Building & U.S. Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, Newark, NJ. Employees were exposed to falls of 8 to 16 feet from the scaffold and the extension ladder as the extension ladder placed on the top of the scaffold could exert a sideway thrust on the scaffold knocking it over. Violation observed on 10/04/2016.
