29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At Lot 66 Southridge Ct., Cypress Point, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior:  the employer allowed his employees to work from a job made scaffold located on a the second floor with a walk board that only measured 10 inches wide  exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a)  At Lot 66 Southridge Ct., Cypress Point, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior:  the employer allowed his employees to work from a job made scaffold located on the second floor without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet 5 inches to the floor below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 66 Southridge Ct., Cypress Point, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work next to the edge of the second floor without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 18 feet 4 inches to the ground below.  THE SANTOS GUZMAN DBA GUZMAN FRAMING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1003661, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 21, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 95 FOUNTAIN VIEW MANSION, AUBURN, ALABAMA.
