29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate: (a) The floor loading for the elevated storage area above the office in the mill room was not marked and posted. The employer has provided a photo showing the posting of the floor load for the elevated storage area.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) A 4" by 4" junction box cover at the base of the #2 Roll Forming machine was missing and conductors energized to 110 volts were sticking out. The machine operator stands directly in front of the junction box. The employer fitted a new cover for the electrical box at the time of inspection. Quick Fix.
