29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the job site, on or about October 19, 2016, three employees were working from the roof removing metal rib steel roof panels from the wood roof deck without any means of fall protection, which exposed the employees to fall hazards up to 18 feet.
