Ivan Paredes, dba Lincoln Construction (currently, Lincoln Master Construction, Inc.) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 994865, 986765, & 314920877, citation number 1 & 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16/14, 12/16/14, & 4/4/12, with respect to a workplace located at 49 Elmcrest Ave., Providence RI, 223 Oliphant Lane, Middletown RI, & 321 Plainfield St., Providence RI.
