29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) South Wall of the Manager's Office Area: A relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, TV's, stereos, printers, etc. was used to provide power to high powered loads such as a G.E. microwave oven and a Black and Decker coffee pot. b) South Wall of the Manager's Office Area: A relocatable power tap was fastened to a metal pipe mounted on the wall of the office with plastic banding tie and it was no longer relocatable.
