29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) South Wall of the Manager's Office Area: A Power Sentry relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations of low powered loads such as computers, TV's, stereos, printers, etc. was used to provide power to high powered loads such as a G.E. microwave oven and a toaster oven. Bristol General Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185383, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 524 Shaw Drive, Shaw AFB, SC 29152
