29 CFR 1903.16(a): The employer did not post citations, or a copy thereof, at or near each place an alleged violation referred to in the citation occurred, or in a prominent place where it will be readily observable by all affected employees: a) Mt. Airy Post Office, Processing Area - On or about August 10, 2016, the employer failed to post citations that were the result of inspection 1130496, which were issued on August 4, 2016, in the production area for three days or until violations were corrected, where the hazards was located or in any place where the workers could be given notice of the issuance of citations. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
