29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: On October 21, 2016, at a job site on Lot 5166-7-R6New, Tamuning, Guam, at the entrance and exit road from the site, the load and tarp cover at the top of the truck came less than 3 feet of the overhead power line exposing the driver and others to electrical hazards.
