1910.25(b)(3) Employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: Drilling Rig 29: On or about October 19, 2016 the employer did not ensure that the rig stairs had uniform riser heights, the bottom stair was damaged, and one side of the stairs were resting on two sets of wooden pallets. This condition exposed employees to a trip hazard.
