29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: Drilling Rig 10: On or about October 20, 2016 electrical wires entering suitcases that supply power to the water filtration trailer and Electrical Control House were pinched by the top lid of the suitcase. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
