Carias Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1104591 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 532 Oakbrook Drive, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.    The Edras A. Carias Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on  September 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 325 Arrowwood Lane Canonsburg, PA.

These two employees need to be retrained so that they retain the necessary skills and knowledge to minimize fall hazards while working on roofs.        The Edras A. Carias Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1104591, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/5/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 532 Oakbrook Drive, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.  The Edras A. Carias Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 503(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1073797, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 325 Arrowwood Lane, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
