29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) Fireproofing Prep Area: Employees are required to work with hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, gasoline, and CAFCO blaze shield II. The employer did not provide employee training covering health hazards associated with hazardous chemicals and substances, thus exposing employees to a chemical hazard, on or about, 10/24/16 and 10/27/16. Dyer Insulation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1200 (h)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127837, citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Littleton Ave, Newark, New Jersey.
