29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee was exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: On or about January 9, 2017 in the parking lot, where employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while taking apart an arc duct, in preparation for shipping a power control building without the electrical power being deenergized from the area of the arc duct.
