As such these employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below. Condition observed on or about 10/26/16.    IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION, THIS EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
