29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- Front of Building, Space 159, 101 Route 73 South, Marlton NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when being lowered to the ground below while in an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift. This employee was not wearing a full body harness, with lanyard attached, at the time of the exposure. Condition observed on or about 10/26/16.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. a- Front of Building, Space 159, 101 Route 73 South, Marlton NJ: Three company employees were exposed to fall hazards when performing roof demolition work and other related activities while standing/working at the unprotected edges of a commercial building's roof without the use of any fall protection. As such these employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below. Condition observed on or about 10/26/16. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION, THIS EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
