29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Aberdeen Plaza, Rt 35, Aberdeen, NJ; on or about May 7, 2019 Viking Demolition Inc. employees were working from the basket of a Genie telescoping boom aerial lift. An employee was not anchored to the boom or basket while working and travelling creating a potential fall hazard. Viking Demolition Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1186582, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 101 Route 73 South, Space 159, Marlton, NJ.
