29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Drill Site: On or about October 20, 2016, next to the mixing area; the eyewash station was not maintained in a working condition within the work area for immediate emergency use. This condition exposed the employees to potential chemical burn hazards.
