29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a)  Metal box with attached electrical conduit was observed lying on top of a bread proofer, on or about 10/27/2016.  (b) Plastic boxes with electrical conduit were observed being held up by securing a piece of wire to them and connecting them to the outside of the pita bread oven to stop it from falling forward, on or about 10/27/16.
