29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Warehouse, Aisle #1: On or about October 26, 2016, employees were working in the warehouse, including aisle #1, where the exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed, as boxes and equipment were placed within the exit route. Harbor Freight Tools was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958276, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 709 North Main Street, Syracuse, NY 13212.
