On or about October 16, 2016 and October 30, 2016, at the facility located at 3975 Tall Pine Drive Plover, WI, the employer did not provide employees with sufficient training on appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to protect them from exposure to hazardous chemicals such as Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Hydroxide when cleaning and sanitizing the production line with chemicals such as but not limited to KC-545, KC-615, KC-634 and KC-605.
