29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: a. On or about October 16, 2016 and October 30, 2016, at the facility located at 3975 Tall Pine Drive Plover, WI, the employer did not provide employees with sufficient training on appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to protect them from exposure to hazardous chemicals such as Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Hydroxide when cleaning and sanitizing the production line with chemicals such as but not limited to KC-545, KC-615, KC-634 and KC-605.
