29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) On or about October 31, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working with pneumatic nail guns were protected from eye injury with the use of safety glasses. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about October 31, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees performing residential roofing were protected from falls greater than 8 feet where no fall protection was in use.
