29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) Fuentes Roofing LLC located at 11498 Macon Street, Henderson, CO 80640: On and preceding 7/3/2018, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential roofing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Four employees were removing shingles from the roof of a ranch-style residential home without the use of fall protection. The exposed employees to falls from height. Fuentes Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1187722, citation number 1, Item 2, issued January 11, 2017 and became a final order on January 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4831 Bailey Place, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
