29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a. 1755 Olympic Drive, Athens, GA (Orienter Outfeed Area) - Employees were exposed to overhead/struck-by hazard. Employees are allowed to access the aisle ways where the Orienter Machine has netting material running overhead from the tenter to the accumulator machine, running overhead across the aisle ways, approximately 6'6" from floor level. The black netting moves approximately 1000ft. per minute and is almost naked to the eye to the unfamiliar/unaware employees who access the area, on or about 10/31/16.
