29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 1 November 2016, at this commercial construction site, employees were exposed fall hazards while installing roofing materials on a building, at a height greater than 6 feet from the ground level.
