29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about October 20, 2016 and at times prior, ASAP Roofing LLC, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of LA Roofing LLC (subcontractor) were protected from falls of approximately 10 to 15 feet while working on the roof of a two-story residential house. ASAP Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995327, citation number 2, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 17832 E. Ida Ave., Centennial, CO 80015. ASAP Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 969810, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4180 S. Laredo Way, Aurora, CO 80014.
