29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) On or about April 10, 2014, and times prior, ASAP Roofing, LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure subcontractor employees were protected from jobsite hazards in that frequent and regular site inspections of the jobsite did not take place to detect and correct hazards such as but not limited to fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet). ASAP Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 969810, citation number 1, item number 1-c and was affirmed as a final order on 06/17/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4180 S. Laredo Way, Aurora CO 80014
