29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure that the exposure assessment was conducted in time to comply with requirements which are triggered by the exposure data or the lack of a negative exposure assessment: a) Worksite at 505 Clinton Ave., Newark, NJ The employer's initial exposure assessment was conducted by personal air monitoring on 1/3/17, 1/6/17 and 1/9/17. Results were not reported by the laboratory until 1/23/17. Wet demolition of a building with asbestos containing material was conducted daily on weekdays 1/3/17-1/13/17. As work continued new tasks were sampled 1/16/17, 1/20/17, 1/23/17, 1/26/17, 1/31/17 and 2/2/17. Results from these events were not reported until 2/14/17. Results for samples collected 2/16/17 and 2/17/17 were not received until 3/3/17. Violation occurred on or about 2/21/17.
