29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) At 15194 Kiora Ave., Loxley, Alabama: On or about October 31, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate a Makita Skill Saw on site which had a small piece of wood wedge into the guard exposing the blade and exposing his employees to an amputation hazard.
