29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 24651 Chantilly Lane Daphne, Alabama: On or about January 9, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the tops of framed walls to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 5 inches to the concrete floor below. THE SALVADOR ALEJANDRE DBA SALVADOR ALEJANDRE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1188865, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 1, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 15194 KIORA AVE LOT 12, LOXLEY, ALABAMA.
