OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a tipping hazards.     On or about October 20, 2016, at German Pellets Louisiana, LLC, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from tipping hazards that were posed by a JLG 20, MVL man lift. The JLG was not operated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions during cleaning of the upper level of the framework around silos.
