29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guard(s) were not provided where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet from the floor or working level. On 10/26/16, at the Pilgrim's Pride job site in Athens, Georgia, employees were exposed to fan blades within 5'2" of working levels as they tarped Offal/Feather trucks in preparation to leave the job site for hauling.
