29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:        a) The West Fab Shop:  On November 01, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from the rotating parts while using the unguarded jet drill press (Model #200705).     b) The West Fab Shop: On November 01, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to flying chips and objects while pressing fittings in the unguarded hydraulic press break.       c) The Foundry:  On November 01, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to ingoing nip points from the unguarded drive wheel on the slinger machine.
