Production area - On or about November 8, 2016, in the facility, authorized employees were required to perform maintenance and/or service on various machinery including the aspirator, mixer and wash line palletizer. The employer did not conduct periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually to ensure that the procedures requirements of the standard were being followed.
