(b) On or about October 12, 2016  and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire related hazards while performing work activities on top of grain bin no. 89 located at 1002 West Main Avenue, West Fargo North Dakota.

29 CFR 1910.307(c)(2)(i): Equipment used in the hazardous (classified) location was not approved for the ignitable or combustible properties of the dust that was present:      (a) On or about November 8, 2016 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards where a general service drum vacuum was operated in the main elevator located at 1002 West Main Avenue, West Fargo North Dakota.      (b) On or about November 8, 2016 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards where a shop built general service extension cord was used to operate a drum vacuum in the main elevator located at 1002 West Main Avenue, West Fargo North Dakota.
