29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the residential construction site located at 5346 Hedge Lane Court, Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermal, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals.  In that the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the job site were: Grip Rite Subfloor Construction Adhesive and Gripe Rite XL100 Acrylic Caulk.

1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   At the residential construction site located at 5346 Hedge Lane Court, Shawnee, Kansas, employee engaged in framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun was exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): 29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw:  On or about November 7, 2016, at 5346 Hedge Lane Ter., Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were  exposed to amputation hazard, in that the self retracting lower blade guard of SKILSAW circular saw, did not retracted to guard the blade.
