At the jobsite located at 3909 W. 85th St. Prairie Village, KS:  An employee engaged in residential framing activities, walking the platform scaffold, was exposed to fall hazards of greater than approximately 12 feet 2 inches from the top plate of the first level of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided when platform was less than 18 inches wide.

At the jobsite located at 3909 W. 85th St. Prairie Village, KS:  Employees engaged in framing activities using pneumatic nailers were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.   Jeovanny Wilson Miranda was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1190332, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 07, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5346 Hedge Lane Court Shawnee, Kansas.
