29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    On or about September 22, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing stucco operations while working on the first level of a one tier tubular welded frame scaffold was not fully planked at the level he was working at, exposing the worker to a fall hazard of approximately 6-feet.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):(Construction Reference: 1926.59)  On or about September 23, 2016, at the above addressed worksite, the employer did not ensure that a gallon container of hazardous chemicals containing diesel fuel used to clean the stains from copper and fixed wiring conduits was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained.
