29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 11/17/2016 at the 5 Bullymuck Road Re-Roofing Project, employees were not using any fall protection system while removing and installing shingles to and from the roof deck. Date by which violation must be abated: Immediately upon receipt of citation. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), the employer must provide documentation that this violation has been abated within 10 calendar days of the date it receives this citation.
