The controlling contractor is failing to ensure that all employees of the sub-contractor Masters Roofing exposed to eye and face hazards from flying particles while working on a residential roof.  This most recently occurred on November 16, 2016 on the jobsite located at 4941 Concord Rd, Lincoln, NE 68516.  Employees were observed using power tools while installing roofing material without any form of eye or face protection.  They were using a battery operated hand saw and a pneumatic nail gun.
