The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a) Whataburger located at 4461 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36609: On or about November 17, 2016 and prior to, the employer exposed employee(s) to fall hazards of 36 feet from not wearing fall protection while performing roofing repair work from an aerial lift.
