29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 110 W Main St. Norman, OK 73069. On or about November 16, 2016 an employee was working out of an aerial lift without the use of a fall protection harness and lanyard. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 12 feet.
