Site- Employees working from the roof were not protected from a fall of approximately 25 feet where fall protection was not utilized.   Juan Mainato dba JBest Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1072062, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 23 Fieldstone Way, Plymouth, MA 02360.
