Employees of Bonfilio Espino-Moreno, a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards of up to 27 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a two- story residential building with no fall protection in place.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Hammersmith Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1048191, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3233 Zeno Ct. Aurora, CO 80013.
