One fire extinguisher was partially blocked by stacked lumber.  The second fire extinguisher was partially blocked by a conveyor system.

Such equipment would include, at a minimum, a Class E Hard Hat, tinted face shield, a rated arc flash suit with a suitable calorie rating, and electrical gloves.
