29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  (a) On or about November 21, 2016, at work site at 75-76 180th Street, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366  Employer did not ensure that the work area and passageways around the building under alteration was cleared of demolished materials such as wall-board, tar paper, scraps of lumber, some with protruding nails, and garbage.
