29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  (a) At the BLM Information Technology Specialist's Office, furniture and desk were obstructing the exit access, employees had to maneuver around the narrowed exit access of 17 inches wide to exit, the 28 inches wide was not maintained at all points.  (b) At the BLM Cadastral File room, exit access was obstructed by rolling map holder and trash can, exit access was narrowed down to eighteen inches.

(a) At the BLM Warehouse room 128, the portable eye wash station was not being inspected weekly, the last inspection date was December 2015.

(a) At the BLM Nevada Grazing Permit area, the automatic sprinkler was obstructed by a metal file cabinet reducing the clearance area to sixteen inches.
