29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    (a)    In the back prep area and other areas of the restaurant where corrosive cleaning chemicals (such as, but not limited to Heavy Duty Degreaser and Heavy Duty Oven and Grill Cleaner) were dispensed and sprayed, no appropriate emergency eyewash facility was provided.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:    (a)    On or about November 18, 2016, the chip warming drawer, located adjacent to the cash register, was connected to 120 volts AC and had live electrical parts that were not adequately guarded, exposing worker(s) to an electrical shock hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:     (a)    Roaring Fork, LLC did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program  that would describe or include at least the following:    1) Requirements for labeling of containers of hazardous chemicals;    2) Safety Data Sheet (SDS) availability;    3) Training of employees;    4) A complete list of hazardous chemicals known to be in the workplace;    5) Methods to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks; and    6) Methods to inform other employer(s) of safety data sheet availability; the labeling system; and any precautionary measures to protect employees.    Workers were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Heavy Duty Degreaser, Heavy Duty Oven & Grill Cleaner, and Glass Cleaner.
